How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please email us at info@noellure.com. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Returns sent without approval or after 30 days cannot be accepted.

  • Step 1 – Contact us: Write to info@noellure.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Step 2 – Get directions: We’ll reply with instructions for the return.
  • Step 3 – Pack carefully: Use proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  • Step 4 – Shipping: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds
    After your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund within 7 days. No restocking charges apply.

  • Exchanges
    Prefer a different size or item? Email info@noellure.com and we’ll guide you through an exchange.

  • Order Cancellations
    To cancel an order, contact us right away at info@noellure.com. If your order has already been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • Wrong or Damaged Items
    If you receive something damaged or incorrect, take a photo and email it to info@noellure.com. We’ll quickly resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or the right product.
